Technology, Knowledge, and Regeneration for Nature in Latin America

NaturaTech LAC Explora is a space for learning and experimentation.

It integrates knowledge, technological tools, and territorial experiences to support concrete actions for the care and regeneration of biodiversity in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Tracks

Explora recognizes that there isn't a single way to learn. Therefore, it offers multiple, flexible, and accessible paths that combine in-territory encounters, inspiring audiovisual content, and virtual experiences adapted to each individual's pace.

Immersive Workshops in Technologies for Conservation and Regeneration

A hands-on, contextualized experience designed for learning by engaging directly with the territory.

101 Audiovisual Series: Accessible Technologies for Biodiversity Caretakers

Aprender a través de estas series es como tener una caja de herramientas digitales en el bolsillo.

Virtual Exploration: Learn at Your Own Pace, from Anywhere

Designed for those who want to prepare at their own pace without losing connection to the territory.

The Urgency to Learn With and From the Territories Today

Why now?

Latin America and the Caribbean harbor nearly 40% of global biological diversity, much of which is found in territories sustained by communities with deep cultural roots—guardians of practices that have cared for life for generations. However, less than 1% of international biodiversity-related funding directly reaches these community processes, and access to technological tools and economic opportunities remains profoundly unequal.
